I recieved my bachelor's degree in science from the University of Mauritius (UOM) in
2006 where I studied biology with optional minor in molecular biology. I later studied
bioinformatics and earned a master's degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).
My research interests lies somewhere between high throughput molecular biology techniques
e.g. microarrays and the statistical approaches used to analyse the massive amount of
data generated from such technologies e.g. machine learning. I am currently employed at
the J.C. Heuson Breast Cancer Translational Research Laboratory of Dr. C. Sotiriou at
the Institut Jules Bordet and I am also part of the Machine Learning Group of Prof.
G. Bontempi at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. By following the
